Shipping

Shipping only in USA and Canada. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from purchase excluding weekends and statutory holidays(Federal & Vancouver BC, Canada). Out of stock items will ship within 1-2 weeks. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent.

Please note that changes or cancellation of orders will not be accepted once the shipping confirmation has been issued.

If you order is a rush, please contact us and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

The orders over C$100 are eligible for free expedited shipping via Canada Post. Under C$100 will have a C$4.50-C$12.50 depend on distance. All shipping includes package tracking and insurance coverage. 

 

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are available only for defective items.
Please email us at info@the-eeum.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 14 days will not be processed.

For returns within Canada, we will cover the shipping cost.
However, for returns due to a change of mind, the standard Canada Post shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
Please note that if the item was damaged due to customer mishandling, even within 14 days, shipping costs for exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility.
