Shipping

Shipping only in USA and Canada. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from purchase excluding weekends and statutory holidays(Federal & Vancouver BC, Canada). Out of stock items will ship within 1-2 weeks. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent.

Please note that changes or cancellation of orders will not be accepted once the shipping confirmation has been issued.

If you order is a rush, please contact us and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

The orders over C$100 are eligible for free expedited shipping via Canada Post. Under C$100 will have a C$4.50-C$12.50 depend on distance. All shipping includes package tracking and insurance coverage. 

 

 

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are available if there are defect in the products. To be eligible for an exchange, please email contact info@the-eeum.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 14 days will not be processed.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like refund/exchange, please email us at info@the-eeum.com within 3 days from receiving your order. We are glad to pay your C$10 shipping rate but if you change your mind, should your shipping apply to Canada post regular shipping rate. 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returned used, worn products. Please include the original packaging with your return.
