The Beginning

 

“THE EEUM'' launched in Vancouver, Canada as an online jewelry store.

 Ever since I was little, I always had a high interest in fashion and jewelry but due to my allergies to specific metals, I had to be particular with choosing the right material. Not only that, as a graphic designer, aesthetics in design has always been at the forefront when selecting jewelry – but the constant reality was facing allergic reactions to the materials or having to sacrifice quality and design to ensure a hypoallergenic experience. Realizing there are many others with a similar desire for fine jewelry, and being surrounded by talented designers of all industries, I was fortunate enough to find a solution to designing jewelry with unparalleled craftsmanship and quality. Wanting to share my personal experiences with the world, I created “THE EEUM'' in hopes to satisfy everyone’s desire for the ideal jewelry without having to compromise.

The name “THE EEUM” originates from the Korean word ‘connect’. Being able to share my own experiences with quality products, I believe ‘beauty’ can connect us all. Fine jewelry that satisfies your taste in the beauty that is hypoallergenic and reasonably priced will allow you to feel more confident and comfortable in your own skin to express your inner beauty.

 So many people don’t realize how beautiful they are! Rather than accepting and embracing their inherent beauty, they are quick to hide their flaws. I have always wanted to find ways to let people know we are all beautiful in our own unique ways. Jewelry can simply be an expression of that beauty and a final touch to complete fashion. If we don’t radiate our beauty from the inside out, we may simply lose the beautiful light within ourselves.
