I purchased a pair of earrings from Eeum Jewelry through IYOU Market, but unfortunately, I noticed one side was defective when I was about to use them. I reached out to the store, and the owner personally delivered a replacement pair near my home right away. I was truly touched by the owner’s kindness and excellent service.
Of course, the earrings are absolutely beautiful, and the necklace I bought alongside them is stunning as well. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
